They sell a diversified mix of products to a wide range of customers, including: manufacturers of consumer electronics, building and construction materials, automotive parts, packaging, pharmaceutical chemicals and agricultural chemicals, and petroleum refiners.
Inhalt	Your responsibilities Conceptual design and planning of plant modifications and new production units in close cooperation with our engineering, manufacturing and R&D organization Development and management of process technology plan in conjunction with business and site organization Evaluation of new process technology and transfer to manufacturing Troubleshooting and optimalization of the production processes Frequent communication with site, business and technology leadership to report progress and manage expectations Supervision and mentoring of process technology personnel Enlargement of know-how basis Development and implementation of new departmental procedures and standards Requirements Universal degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline Minimum of 10 years of experience in the chemical/petro-chemical industry with at least 5 years of process engineering experience Comprehensive basic knowledge in chemical engineering Thorough knowledge in project management Experience in HAZOP analysis and thorough knowledge of CSU Experience in solid-liquid separation and powder handling is preferred Conceptual and analytical mindset Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills Fluency in written and spoken German and English are essential Excellent people skills Some travelling will be part of this position
